Stress is high these days for most people. With unemployment and a constant concern economic threat to derail plans for the future, it's no wonder that so many of us are in a tremendous amount of psychological pressure on a daily basis at work. Stress is a low dose is not necessarily a bad thing. Quite the contrary. Small amounts of stress can actually be useful as a way to provide the stimulus needed to work hard and do our best. But the amount of stress,so many of us are now feeling is anything but positive.
