Life is an interesting journey full of ups and downs and twists. One minute, you can ride high and feel like you're on top of the world. They always agree with all of your relationships and things are going well in your life. Then, almost inexplicably, you make a bump in the road and everything seems to go haywire. Instead of riding on the crest was in stasis. All of these reports, which are now already so well, not all of a suddenis so great.

Does this sound familiar scenario? It should, because life is unpredictable and variable for all of us. When things are going to enjoy very well in most areas of life, the moment, because you can feel pretty sure that does not last for long. This does not mean that life is not great because it is in any case. For the same reason, if we stay up really in the dumps and feel like the big black cloud over us, we can be sure thatThese times are not taken. We will get to the end of darkness and the sun is shining again. Gives rise to many of us quite a wide range of experience, a good number of them are not to our liking, but a good number there is.

Keeping the right perspective on all this can make a huge difference in how we meet every day and all that comes with it. I was pleased to be interviewed on television recently with a mother who was dealing with the results of atragic injury, one of his sons left with a lack of mobility and other vital functions. In addition to suffering this very difficult situation, the mother also had an adult son who had Down syndrome, since its inception 24 years ago. Instead of complaining about their situation, their attitude was the exact opposite. He was grateful for this beloved child Down syndrome who have greatly enriched their lives and their opportunity to learn about the qualities of patience and hope that now would bebe essential, as they prepared for the long battle ahead of her son just wounded. He understood that in some way had been prepared to deal with the tragedy that today afflict the family cope.

How wonderful it would take that kind of attitude and recognize that we benefit in some way by all the things that will come our way. It would not be much to learn from each of the difficulties that we cross that can be used to help us in the future, or perhaps learn how to help someoneothers who are experiencing similar situations.

The "Woe is me" attitude leaves much to be desired. In general, people do not like to work with others, you will feel like life and bring an agreement before their discontent, as a badge on his lapel. As for the people you meet every day with a smile and every circumstance can be a great blessing as an opportunity for growth.
